ACON

ACON is New South Wales' leading HIV and LGBTQ+ health organisation. Established in 1985, their early years were defined by community coming together to respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in NSW. ACON provides a wide range of health and community services including community care, mental health support, alcohol and drug support, and the ACON Health Centre which delivers care specifically for LGBTQ+ people across a wide range of health issues. They provide free or low-cost confidential counselling, care coordination, peer support and ageing support services to people living with HIV and their families, and LGBTQ+ people throughout NSW.
